All campers must perform a symptom screening for all campers upon arrival and daily symptom screening for any multi-day camp. Any camper who displays symptoms will be sent home immediately. Neither the camp nor the University of Virginia will be responsible for testing the camper for COVID-19.
All campers and staff must wear a mask except when engaged in eating or drinking. All campers participating in an indoor sport must wear a mask during physical activities. An exception can be approved when an individual has a condition or disability that prevents the use of a mask, has trouble breathing, or use of a mask is detrimental to an individual’s health. Medical documentation from the camper’s physician must be provided to firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours before camp.
All campers and staff must provide evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination or present a negative PCR test (not an antigen test) that was administered within 72 hours of the start of camp. Proof of vaccination or proof of negative PCR test can be sent to email@example.com.
